Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards Senior Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to improving the compensation philosophy and job architecture
• Ensure operational excellence in all aspects of Total Rewards, including compensation data integrity and customer experiences
• Create and administer innovative total rewards programs, build strong relationships with leaders, and collaborate with other teams

Qualifications:

• 8+ years' experience in total rewards, including compensation and benefits
• Deep knowledge of Workday and advanced compensation planning
• Proven experience creating and managing compelling compensation and total rewards programs
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
• Excellent change management skills and stakeholder engagement
