Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards Systems & Analytics Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, governance, and operations of Total Rewards systems, ensuring compliance and data integrity
  • Drive the analytics and reporting strategy to deliver actionable insights across compensation and benefits
  • Manage the intake and prioritization process for TR systems and initiatives, overseeing portfolio governance
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a Human Resources organization
  • Experience within a Total Rewards organization or on specific Total Rewards projects
  • Prior experience supervising or leading teams and/or projects
  • Experience with Workday, Compensation Systems (Pave, Deel, etc.), and/or PowerBI Dashboards
