Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain employee records in HRIS system and electronic employee personnel files
  • Analyze and participate in surveys to study labor markets and salary trends
  • Assist with auditing monthly billings from benefit providers

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or accounting
  • 2+ years of compensation and total reward experience
  • 2+ years of HRIS system experience, ADP preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job
