Job Summary

Managing compensation and benefits administration, the full-time hybrid Total Rewards Specialist will ensure data integrity, support compensation review cycles, and serve as the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain employee data in the Pave account, ensuring accuracy and integrity
  • Support the HR Manager in compensation review cycles, including merit and promotions
  • Manage benefits enrollment operations and serve as the first point of contact for employee benefits questions
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR, total rewards, or benefits administration
  • Hands-on experience with benefits enrollment platforms and compensation benchmarking tools
  • Experience with Rippling or a comparable HRIS platform
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Employee-first communication style with the ability to simplify complex concepts
