Job Summary

To support compensation analysis and program design, the remote Total Rewards Specialist will manage compensation programs, perform salary benchmarking, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while collaborating on annual compensation cycles.

Key responsibilities
  • Participate in salary benchmarking using market survey data and analyze internal and external data to support pay decisions
  • Support the maintenance of job architecture and pay ranges, assisting with job evaluations and compensation recommendations
  • Collaborate on merit planning, bonus planning, and internal equity analysis during annual compensation cycles
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, or a related field
  • Understanding of compensation analytics, principles, and terminology
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, HRIS, and compensation technologies
