Job Summary

Detail-oriented and compliance-minded, the full-time remote Total Rewards Specialist will manage benefits administration, oversee leave of absence programs, and support payroll auditing while ensuring data integrity and employee care.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer daily group benefits programs and manage multi-state leave of absence compliance
  • Conduct monthly invoice reconciliation and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to audit payroll cycles and contribute to special HR projects
Required qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on benefits administration and leave management
  • Proven expertise in managing benefits and leaves across multiple states
  • Prior experience with payroll processing or auditing is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/Benefits administration systems
  • Ability to communicate complex benefit information in an employee-friendly manner
