Job Summary
Supporting regional compensation practices, the full-time remote Total Rewards Specialist will manage day-to-day compensation support for select European countries while driving global data analytics and providing expert guidance on compensation queries.
Key responsibilities
- Support the execution of regional compensation programs, including salary and bonus planning cycles
- Provide expert guidance to HR teams on compensation queries and assist in interpreting data for pay-related decisions
- Perform compensation analyses and develop reports that translate complex data into user-friendly formats for leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or Data Analytics
- Relevant experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or HR Analytics
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
