Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and implement benefits, wellness, and compensation programs, policies, and procedures
• Analyze existing compensation structures and ensure fair and equitable practices throughout the organization
• Provide expertise on compensation policies and procedures, compliance, and design

• Highly analytical with the ability to analyze compensation metrics and market trends
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Business acumen and ability to think creatively to solve problems
• Deep knowledge and understanding of Total Rewards programs and frameworks
• Project management experience in a fast-paced environment
