- Own operational administration of equity programs and processes
- Support benefits strategy, vendor management, and open enrollment operations
Required Qualifications
- Experience building or operating compensation and total rewards programs in high-growth environments
- Strong analytical and operational mindset
- Experience with compensation benchmarking, leveling, salary bands, and equity administration
- Strong systems orientation, with Workday experience preferred
- Ability to manage sensitive/confidential information
