Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards VP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of global total rewards professionals, develop and implement a global total rewards strategy, and ensure pay equity and fairness in compensation practices
  • Manage harmonization efforts for acquired companies' compensation, benefits, and perks
  • Lead the design and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs, including base salary structures and comprehensive benefits programs
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in total rewards management, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
  • Experience leading a global team of compensation and benefits professionals
  • Experience working for a global company with employees in multiple regions
  • In-depth knowledge of global total rewards practices, trends, and regulations
