Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tour Coordinator to support merchandise management for live events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage atVenu touring setup, including tour legs, product entries, and shipment maintenance
  • Coordinate and track merchandise shipments to tour locations and generate shipping labels
  • Support Tour Directors with venue receivables, expense reporting, and general tour staff assistance
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in merchandise management or event coordination
  • Proficiency with atVenu or similar inventory management systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
