Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tour Coordinator to support merchandise management for live events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage atVenu touring setup, including tour legs, product entries, and shipment maintenance
- Coordinate and track merchandise shipments to tour locations and generate shipping labels
- Support Tour Directors with venue receivables, expense reporting, and general tour staff assistance
Required Qualifications
- Experience in merchandise management or event coordination
- Proficiency with atVenu or similar inventory management systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
