Tour Director
Job Summary
Seeking a passionate and experienced Tour Director, the full-time remote position will manage the quality of escorted tours, ensuring travelers have unforgettable experiences across various destinations while delivering detailed information and addressing any last-minute changes.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the quality of the entire tour program and enhance the travel experience for participants
- Deliver comprehensive information about destinations, schedules, and services while maintaining relationships with vendors
- Gather and communicate traveler feedback to the GCT Office to improve future tours
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience guiding tours in the specified destinations
- Strong knowledge of the history, culture, and nature of the tour locations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility and quick decision-making skills to adapt to changes during tours
