Tour Director Manager

Job Summary

Managing a global team of 50-55 Tour Directors, the full-time salaried Tour Director Manager will oversee hiring, training, performance monitoring, and guest communication to ensure high standards of service and satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure Tour Directors are fully trained and exceed performance expectations
• Monitor performance levels and provide feedback, coaching, and corrective actions as needed
• Manage guest communication regarding Tour Director performance metrics and collaborate with internal departments to enhance guest satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• Previous Tour Director or Cruise Director experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 3+ years of management or supervision experience in a service-related business
• Prior experience managing remote teams
• Proven ability to manage external supplier networks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
