Toxicology Project Team Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Scientist - Toxicology Project Team Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide toxicology and safety expertise to project teams and manage safety assessment programs
• Design and implement novel protocols to address experimental questions and evaluate scientific results
• Collaborate with internal and external scientists and may represent nonclinical safety issues at regulatory meetings

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree (PhD, DVM, PharmD, or MD) with 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in Toxicology, Pathology, or Life Sciences
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience preferred
• Experience leading toxicology research programs and preparing regulatory documents
• Board certification in Toxicology is preferred
• Recognition as a field expert in toxicology
