TPA Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a TPA Analyst responsible for assisting with plan administration and related tasks in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with processing on Defined Contribution Balance Forward administration, including recordkeeping and third-party administrator functions
• Conduct data and asset reviews, periodic reporting, compliance processes, government filings, and distribution processing
• Build knowledge in the field and take on increasing responsibilities related to plan administration for assigned clients

Required Qualifications

• 1-5 years of industry experience with expertise in retirement plans and strong working knowledge of 401(k) plans
• Proficiency in the use of computers and general office equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without immigration support
• Ability to work well in a team environment and take ownership of personal work products
