TPA Delivery Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

Leading requirements discovery and analysis, the remote contract TPA Delivery Subject Matter Expert will manage client implementations on the LifePRO platform, ensuring clear and actionable solution requirements while collaborating with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation sessions to capture business needs and functional requirements
• Create business requirements, functional specifications, and supporting documentation for solution delivery
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective solution designs and implementation plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, including writing business requirements and functional specifications
• Experience working on medium to large-scale technology or business transformation projects
• Strong understanding of requirements management, testing support, and solution delivery
• Familiarity with life insurance and annuity domains, including new business and underwriting processes
