TPA Plan Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a TPA Plan Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare defined contribution plan documents and conduct year-end compliance testing
• Maintain ongoing client contact for service issues and assist with vendor management
• Support the 401(k) Department and research new initiatives for efficiency and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three or more years of related work experience
• Understanding of retirement plan types and ERISA guidelines
• Experience with small to mid-size clients (250+)
• Professional designation (ASPPA, NIPA, etc.) or progress toward designation
