Job Summary

A company is looking for a TPA Renewal Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, validate, and analyze Stop Loss and monthly reporting data for client account management
• Communicate reporting outcomes to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely renewal documentation
• Prepare renewal packets, manage quotes, and maintain Salesforce records for accurate billing and account setup

Required Qualifications

• Degree in business management or a comparable field preferred
• Prior experience in healthcare or the insurance industry preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data extraction tools
• Experience with Salesforce preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
