TPL Claims Representative

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a TPL Claims Representative, responsible for investigating and coordinating benefits for accident claims from various liability insurance policies while ensuring maximum reimbursement and compliance with billing guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve accounts efficiently by reviewing and researching accident claims to identify payment sources
• Coordinate with insurance representatives and other parties to gather necessary documentation and verify claim data
• Make appeals on denied claims and pursue reimbursement from first-party payers for hospital claims

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years of working knowledge of computer functions and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
• 1-3 years of related experience in claims or a related field
• Thorough knowledge of the third-party claims adjudication process and relevant state laws
• Ability to maintain a reliable home internet connection for remote work
