TPL Claims Representative

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a TPL Claims Representative, responsible for investigating and coordinating benefits for accident claims while ensuring maximum reimbursement for patients and hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve accounts quickly and accurately, obtaining maximum reimbursement
• Review and research accident claims to investigate possible leads and determine payment sources
• Coordinate with payors and make appeals on denied claims to ensure proper claim disposition

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years working knowledge of computer functions and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
• 1-3 years of related experience in the field or a related area
• Thorough knowledge of third-party claims adjudication processes and state lien statutes
• Remote positions require a home internet connection that meets company criteria
