TPL Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a TPL Specialist to assist with quality assurance and accuracy of claims review and support of the third-party liability processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and maintain accurate patient information in the billing system
• Verify eligibility and coverage of services with patients' health insurance companies
• Initiate authorization processes and communicate required documentation for completion

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Proven ability to analyze complex process errors and identify root causes
• Healthcare and insurance payer knowledge/experience preferred
• Professional coding certifications strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Waystar, Excel, and general computer skills
