TPO Account Manager
Job Summary
Supporting the third-party origination channel, the remote TPO Account Manager will manage FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-QM loan files, serving as the primary contact for mortgage brokers while ensuring timely updates and coordination with internal departments.
Key responsibilities
- Support FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-QM loan files throughout the loan process
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mortgage brokers and third-party originators
- Review loan files, follow up on missing documentation, and provide timely loan-status updates
Required qualifications
- Several years of experience within a TPO or wholesale mortgage channel preferred
- Direct experience supporting FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-QM loans required
- Previous experience as a TPO Account Manager, Wholesale Account Manager, TPO Processor, or Wholesale Loan Processor
- Strong understanding of the mortgage loan process and experience managing an active loan pipeline
- Strong broker-support and customer-service skills
