TPO Closer/Funder

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end closing and funding process for mortgage loans, the remote TPO Closer/Funder will ensure loan files are compliant, accurately prepared, and funded efficiently while serving as a liaison between brokers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review and audit loan files and closing documents for completeness and compliance
• Coordinate with brokers and internal teams to clear conditions and schedule closings
• Manage funding processes, including reviewing executed documents and initiating wire requests

Required qualifications

• 1-3+ years of mortgage closing and/or funding experience
• Experience in a TPO (broker/correspondent) channel preferred
• Strong understanding of mortgage closing and funding workflows
• Knowledge of compliance requirements (TRID, RESPA, etc.)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
