TPO Partner Support Associate

Job Summary

Assisting Wholesale Third Party Originator (TPO) Partners, the full-time TPO Partner Support Associate will manage the pre-application process, review documentation for approvals, and set up accounts and users in various systems, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist partners with the pre-application process and manage TPO partner inquiries
• Review and process TPO Partner documentation for new approvals and re-certifications
• Set up newly approved accounts and users in Archer, ReverseVision, Link, Salesforce, and Quantum Reverse

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Reverse Mortgage Industry
• Prior understanding of FAR mortgage processes
• Experience supporting Wholesale Account Executives and TPO Partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
