TPO Support Specialist

Job Summary

Providing customer support for Wholesale and Correspondent clients, the full-time TPO Concierge will effectively manage technical issues via a ticketing system while maintaining strong relationships with team members and operations staff.

Key responsibilities

• Process a minimum of 10 daily Fresh Desk tickets and troubleshoot AUS issues with TPO Partners
• Assist Wholesale borrowers with the eSigning process and ensure exceptional customer support in a busy ticketing environment
• Communicate trending system issues to management and support operations in compliance through loan closing

Required qualifications

• One to three years of mortgage lending-related experience
• High school diploma
• Strong interpersonal communication and business relationship skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Technologically proficient in MS Windows software
