Job Summary

To support student-athletes in their recruiting journey, the part-time Track and Field Recruiting Coach will manage accounts, monitor progress, and provide guidance throughout the recruiting process while working virtually.

Key responsibilities

• Assist student-athletes in all aspects of the recruiting process
• Evaluate student-athletes and match them with appropriate college programs
• Conduct educational classes on recruiting topics and maintain client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Former college Track and Field coach
• Collegiate recruiting experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong work ethic with a team player mentality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
