Job Summary
To support a Light Rail Transit (LRT) project, the full-time remote Track Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and maintaining track systems while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review design drawings, technical specifications, and track alignment layouts
- Conduct site surveys and provide technical support during construction, including overseeing installation and resolving field issues
- Ensure compliance with rail standards and safety regulations while coordinating with various engineering disciplines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or construction-related field, or equivalent experience, with 8+ years in field construction
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is desirable
- Strong knowledge of LRT systems, track design standards, and construction methods
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation) and track design tools
- Experience on large-scale urban rail transit or LRT projects
