Job Summary

Providing expert operational leadership, the full-time salaried Track Manager - Microsoft VDI will oversee large-scale workplace virtualization environments, focusing on Microsoft VDI Solution and RDSH platforms, while ensuring service excellence and adherence to client SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert operational leadership in Microsoft VDI Solution and RDSH environments, ensuring optimal uptime and compliance with client SLAs
• Lead incident resolution and root cause analysis for complex issues in Windows Virtualization and Touch Services
• Implement strategic improvements in VDI processes and automation using Microsoft PowerShell and monitoring platforms

Required Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of virtualization technologies, including HyperV and Remote Desktop Services
• Advanced skills in scripting and automation using PowerShell
• Strong understanding of Touch Services and video/telepresence platforms
• In-depth experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems
• Recommended certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty and ITIL Foundation Certification (optional but valuable)
