Job Summary
A company is looking for a Trade Account Manager for the Southwest region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and executes comprehensive, account-specific business plans for pharmacy accounts
- Builds and maintains strategic relationships with key stakeholders in targeted accounts
- Analyzes account performance and adjusts strategies to meet customer needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field AND 8+ years of sales experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, or a Master's Degree AND 6+ years of similar experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic relationships with pharmacy accounts
- Proven track record of achieving sales and performance objectives
- Deep understanding of pharmacy operations and reimbursement dynamics
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting sales data and market trends
