Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Trade Analyst will manage client requests, generate corrections to customs entries, and resolve regulatory errors while utilizing trade applications and software to analyze import and export data.
Key responsibilities
- Generate corrections to entries based on client and team requests, adhering to Customs deadlines
- Manage and resolve all regulatory errors on behalf of clients while monitoring corrections for necessary refunds
- Research missing or incomplete forms and respond to client inquiries, collaborating with internal and external parties
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in trade or customs operations
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of classification, import/export operations, and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Word and MS Excel
- A desire to learn and progress towards a Senior Trade Analyst role
