Trade Compliance Advisor

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and knowledgeable in trade compliance, the full-time remote Trade Compliance Advisor will support the Global Trade Management group by monitoring Customs regulations, providing detailed reports to leadership, and reviewing entry-level work while ensuring alignment with compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive action on upcoming tasks and escalate issues and risks in a timely fashion
• Provide detailed reports to appropriate leadership
• Monitor Customs regulations and industry changes to ensure alignment within processes and systems

Required qualifications

• 4 years of related experience in trade compliance or customs brokerage
• Understanding of Customs regulations, import/export laws, and international trade agreements
• Experience with Post Summary Corrections (PSC) and Customs Protest processes
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
• Proficiency with customs brokerage software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
