Trade Compliance Advisor

Job Summary

Supporting the Global Trade Management group, the part-time Trade Compliance Advisor will work remotely on weekends, focusing on HS and ECCN classification for various regions while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize trade applications to analyze import/export data and perform HS and ECCN classification
• Act as the client-facing contact, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality service experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance compliance processes

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with US ECCN and HS classification
• Demonstrated experience in a client-facing or advisory role
• Understanding of Customs Regulations and international trade agreements
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Capability to work with databases and Excel
