Trade Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trade Compliance Analyst on a full-time contract basis for an initial 3-month term.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate potential export compliance violations and support voluntary self-disclosures to relevant U.S. Departments
• Analyze compliance risks related to export-controlled data and maintain organized case files
• Coordinate with various teams to gather information for investigations and support corrective action planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Affairs, Business, Law, Engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in export compliance, preferably in defense, aerospace, or high-tech sectors
• In-depth knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and OFAC sanctions
• Experience preparing and submitting voluntary self-disclosures to relevant agencies
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
