Trade Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trade Compliance Analyst on a full-time contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate potential export compliance violations and controlled activities
• Support and prepare voluntary self-disclosures to U.S. government agencies
• Analyze compliance risks related to export-controlled data and international transactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Affairs, Business, Law, Engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in export compliance, preferably in defense or high-tech sectors
• In-depth knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and OFAC sanctions
• Experience preparing voluntary self-disclosures to relevant government agencies
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
