Trade Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trade Compliance Analyst (Entry Level).

Key Responsibilities

• Organize supplier solicitation workload using Microsoft Excel and AI
• Launch and track solicitation requests for metal content with suppliers
• Maintain and update the parts database and manage inquiries related to trade operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or trade-related field or 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with trade terms such as Harmonized Tariff Schedule and Incoterms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with AI tools for data reporting
• Knowledge of certificates of origin for non-preferential declaration and duty mitigation
