Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trade Compliance Analyst to support its Duty Drawback program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and review import/export documentation for drawback claims
  • Assist in preparing drawback claims by reconciling data and organizing required documents
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready files and support internal audits and regulatory reviews
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in trade compliance, customs brokerage, logistics, or similar roles preferred
  • Basic understanding of import/export processes or willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with SAP, GTS, or similar systems is beneficial
