Job Summary
To ensure accurate and compliant import operations, the full-time remote Trade Compliance Analyst will manage import entry audits, strengthen customs compliance processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve global trade operations.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end import entry audit process, reviewing documentation and maintaining audit-ready records
- Manage Post Summary Corrections (PSCs), validate duty payments, and partner with Finance to recover overpayments
- Analyze import data to identify compliance risks and develop dashboards and reporting tools for process improvements
Required qualifications
- Experience with U.S. customs compliance, including CBP Form 7501 and HTS classification
- Strong analytical skills for identifying documentation errors and maintaining accurate audit records
- Experience working with customs brokers and managing Post Summary Corrections (PSCs)
- Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills, including report and dashboard creation
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage compliance risks proactively
