Job Summary
Leading Trade Agreements Act (TAA) and Country of Origin (COO) compliance for IT and data center power products, the full-time hybrid Trade Compliance Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to U.S. government procurement and global trade requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Own Trade Compliance for IT and data center power products, including UPS and power distribution equipment
- Lead TAA compliance activities, including eligibility assessments and compliance maintenance
- Determine and maintain COO compliance through substantial transformation analysis and documentation development
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related technical field
- Minimum of three years of experience in trade compliance or related engineering/compliance roles
- Experience with Trade Agreements Act (TAA) and Country of Origin (COO) determinations
- Strong understanding of global manufacturing and sourcing impacts on trade compliance
- Ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them to real products
