Job Summary
Leading Trade Agreements Act (TAA) and Country of Origin (COO) compliance for IT and datacenter power products, the full-time Trade Compliance Analyst will work in a hybrid environment, partnering with supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and legal teams to ensure adherence to U.S. government procurement and global trade requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Own Trade Compliance for IT and datacenter power products, including UPS and power distribution equipment
- Lead TAA compliance activities, including eligibility assessments and compliance maintenance for government customers
- Determine and maintain COO compliance through substantial transformation analysis and documentation management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related technical field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in trade compliance or related engineering/compliance roles
- Experience with Trade Agreements Act (TAA) and Country of Origin (COO) determinations
- Strong understanding of global manufacturing and sourcing impacts on trade compliance
- Ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them to real products
