Trade Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing ecommerce and logistics environment, the full-time Trade Compliance Analyst will manage export classification by researching the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and Commerce Control List (CCL) to determine appropriate ECCN classifications and EAR99 treatment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review and validate export-control classifications for products
- Research the EAR and CCL to determine appropriate classifications
- Document classification decisions and escalate complex cases as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with CCL research and ECCN classification (1+ years)
- Knowledge of U.S. export controls and EAR/EAR99 regulations (1+ years)
- Experience in export compliance (1+ years)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
