Trade Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trade Compliance & Export Control Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize export and import strategies in line with corporate and compliance goals
• Ensure compliance with EU, third country, and US trade regulations, including export controls and sanctions
• Provide support and consultation to various departments and act as a liaison for international locations and partners

Required Qualifications

• Several years of experience in export control, customs law, or international trade with clear responsibilities
• Deep understanding of EU/US export law, preferences, classification, and tariffing
• Experience with ATLAS and common sanctions list tools is desirable
• Ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical processes
• Strong analytical skills and an independent working style
