Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trade Compliance Paralegal to assist with global trade compliance programs on a remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer global trade compliance programs, including policies and procedures
• Support product classification and conduct restricted party screenings
• Prepare documentation for export transactions and assist with internal audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in trade compliance or related legal function
• Familiarity with U.S. and international trade regulations
• Experience with compliance systems and screening tools is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
