Trade Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting global trade operations, the full-time Trade Compliance Specialist will ensure the accuracy and compliance of end-to-end documentation, manage customs administration, and serve as the key contact for customs and internal stakeholders in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of end-to-end documentation
• Own customs and trade compliance while supervising customs requests for information
• Strengthen and standardize trade compliance processes, leading regional implementation and adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in trade compliance, logistics, or import/export operations
• Extensive knowledge of customs regulations and global trade processes
• Experience reviewing or creating shipping documentation
• Familiarity with working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, or couriers
