Trade Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Trade Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare agreements in accordance with federal regulations to support international business initiatives
• Establish and maintain relations with government licensing authorities and provide guidance to stakeholders
• Conduct training sessions and audits to ensure compliance with federal regulations and assist with external audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience with ITAR, EAR, FTR, OFAC, and US Customs regulations
• Minimum 2 years of experience with export product knowledge and working with freight forwarders and customs brokers
• Must be a US citizen
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
