Job Summary
Supporting compliance with US Customs & Border Protection Regulations, the full-time remote Trade Compliance Specialist will manage the annual Trade Compliance Training Program, assist with monthly customs entry audits, and maintain Trade Compliance S.O.P.s and Work Instructions.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Trade Compliance Training development and deployment
- Support the preparation and presentation of monthly customs entry audits
- Generate Purchase Orders and prepare Trade Compliance invoices for payment processing
Required qualifications
- College Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a trade compliance role
- Knowledge of US Customs Regulations and experience with ACE
- Strong data analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Access, Word, and Excel
- Excellent research and writing skills
