Job Summary

To drive incremental business growth in the Southeast region, the full-time remote Trade Desk Consultant will manage customer relationships, educate clients on offsite solutions, and facilitate vehicle sales while providing a personalized auction experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage assigned customer relationships, facilitating vehicle sales and ensuring a positive auction experience
  • Educate clients on online vehicle exchange processes and offsite solutions, addressing inquiries and resolving service issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and present market trends to leadership
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED with 3 years of relevant experience; bilingual preferred
  • 2 years of dealership or wholesale experience strongly preferred, with prior sales experience desired
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Internet and MS Office
  • Ability to engage customers consultatively and recommend additional products and services
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
