Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in trade marketing, pro channel marketing, or distributor marketing, preferably in beauty
• Deep familiarity with the salon professional ecosystem and stylist buying behavior
• Strong communication skills for presenting to internal teams and distributor partners
• Data-driven and comfortable with performance analysis and dashboards
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
