Job Summary
Supporting the development and execution of trade marketing strategies, the full-time Trade Marketing Manager will drive brand visibility and sales performance across retail and distribution channels while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Category teams in a remote or hybrid role.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and implementing trade marketing programs and promotions
- Create and manage Integrated Commercial Calendars to align business needs and stakeholders
- Monitor trade spending and ensure compliance with budget guidelines while identifying ROI for trade events
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or brand management
- Experience supporting CPG, retail, or consumer goods environments
- Exposure to retailer execution, promotions, or go-to-market planning
- Strong analytical and project management skills
