Job Summary

Seeking a part-time freelance Trade Marketing Specialist, the role will support retail marketing initiatives, manage merchandising plans, and collaborate with creative teams to enhance brand presence in retail environments.

Key responsibilities

• Support retail marketing initiatives to achieve business goals for key retail partners in collaboration with sales
• Manage and oversee merchandising plans and timelines to drive growth of existing SKUs and support new SKU launches
• Coordinate and distribute marketing materials to ensure alignment and timely execution across internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with ULTA from a corporate beauty company
• Prior experience in trade marketing within the beauty industry
• Ability to manage timelines and coordinate multiple projects effectively
• Experience in developing merchandising strategies and materials
• Strong understanding of retail marketing dynamics and brand positioning
