Trade Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trade Operations Specialist responsible for implementing patient cost benefit program business rules with processing partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Review request inputs/requirements for accuracy and completeness
• Provide end-user support during and after the implementation process
• Monitor service KPIs to identify, submit, and resolve service delivery incidents/problems

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of service-related experience in operations, customer service, or product development
• Comfort level working in multiple technology systems/platforms
• Understanding of relational databases and structures
• Proficiency in MS Excel to review data sets
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
